First, of course you should have the software
To download and upload extention file for .torrent, ur PC should have BitTorrent Client software
Choose either one!
#[ Download uTorrent ] (114KB) (Recommended!)
# [ Download Azureus ] (6.68MB)
# [ Download BitComet ] (2.77MB)
To download extention file .NZB, ur PC should have below software
#[ Download GrabIt ] (134KB) (Recommended!)
# [ Download NewsLeecher ] (213KB)
To get the software above, just googling! 
Remember! After you have finished download, just share it back. Let ur Client running even after the download complete (AutoSeed)

anyone can explain port buta tak? camner nk celik kan port tuh.. boleh exlain ngan bahasa mudah tak sbb bila baca, xphm ar.
purpose port celik nie untuk apa ek?

if port forward aku tau la.
nak configure port forward mesti ada router dulu. kat router tu cari cam keyword gaming ke application camtu la. nie dah setahun aku xconfigure mende alah nie.
once dah jumpa tab itu, letakkan nama, ip pc anda and port utk torrent. save.
done!
